Event Location
  The main Create Your Life Weekend event held on 8/9 through 8/10 will take place at the beautiful Embassy Suites Hotel Rainier Room, located in Lynnwood, Washington.

Webinar Sign Ups
  For those of you who cannot join us live in the class, you may join us for the online live webinar. This will include audio/video of the event. There will be a chatroom available in the room, and a live moderator will be watching the room. If you have questions, you will be able to post this in the chatroom, and the moderator will be able to ask the question for you. You just need to have a highspeed Internet connection for this event. All participants will receive an e-mail stating how to join into the live webinar on the class dates. This class is also $88. You must be signed up within 48 hours of this event.

How to Pay
  When paying please state in memo box whether you are taking the in person class or the webinar. Both are ONLY $88 $88 will get you in the entire weekend either in person or via webinar

  • Confirmation Packet
      Please note that you will receive a confirmation that you have registered for the Create Your Life Weekend via e-mail. Approximately 2 weeks prior to the event you will receive a schedule of events, and information needed for an enjoyable experience.

    Special Needs
      Joy Tour Productions, is committed to making its activities accessible to all individuals. If you need special seating arrangements because of hearing, visual, or mobility impairments please call 360.369.6693 to let us know.

    Will Call & Check In Times
      Check in time for registration will begin at 7:20am. Please have your registration confirmation form with you at the time of check in. For those who preregistered 2 weeks prior to the event or later, your registration packet can be picked up under "Will Call." Please also keep your name tag with you each day as this is your ticket back in after lunch.

    Refunds & Cancellations
      All requests for refunds must be made in writing. A refund check, minus a $50 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellation requests postmarked on or before July 25, 2008. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after July 25, 2008

    Hotel Accomodations
      Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of the conference registration. For your convenience the event will be held at the Embassy Suites in Lynnwood, Washington.

    Audio & Visual Recordings
      Audio CDs of the conference will be available for purchase from individual teachers after the conference. Please see each individual teacher's sign up sheet at their table for more info. No unsolicited audio or videotapes may be made at the Conference. Photographs during workshops are subject to the speaker’s approval.

    On Site Retail Table
      An on site retail table will be available on Saturday and Sunday. Here you can find teacher's guided meditation CD's, DVD classes, books, oracle cards, and more!
